For the second half of my time at Laureate Universities, we looked after the public facing websites of several of their colleges.
To gain insights into what was happening on these websites, Google Analytics was limited and did not cover the end to end user journey.
I discovered Microsoft Power BI, which could combine an amalgam of different data sources together and let’s you display it in nearly any way you want.
My goal was to create a custom dashboard for each of the colleges (consisting out of multiple pages) and one dashboard that would bring all colleges together in a grand overview.
